Finally found a book that explains what I've been doing for years! Easy read for the open mind/awake and aware individual. Very practical exercises. Book provides you with text samples on how to make your own meditations.Chapter 8 has a problem solving exercise, I did it and 4 days later my intuition guided me to take a specific action...I even told myself that would probably not work (it was my mind trying to analyse it), I took the action and to my amazement the solution was found!
I highly recommend this book!!!
